i was wondering can that look at planets
Two points, both negative.
First of all, Tasco have yet to produce _any_ decent telescope. It is not for nothing that they are nicknamed “Trashco” in astronomy circles. They make toy and department store telescopes and flog them to unsuspecting uninformed punters. Serious scientific instruments they are not.
Secondly, the brass telescopes are universally sold more on appearance than utility. They are designed to look pretty in one’s study or whatever. They are not intended for serious use.
Having said that, assuming you can rigidly mount the scope, there should be a few things you can see with it. The moons of Jupiter and and the rings of Saturn (when they are in a favourable orientation, i.e. not right now) should be visible, as should any number of details on the moon. However, that scope will be easily outperformed by even the most basic of serious astro scopes or even a good pair of binoculars.
